Shipping policy

At Pure Organic, we take pride in ensuring your cherries are handpicked the day before dispatch, so they arrive fresh, juicy, and ready to enjoy. All orders include tracked courier delivery within New Zealand.
Shipping Timeframes:
Non-rural addresses
  • We offer overnight delivery to all non-rural addresses across New Zealand.
  • Shipping cost: Included in all product pricing.
Rural addresses
Due to the perishable nature of cherries, we do not deliver to rural addresses. If a rural address is entered at checkout, we may contact you to arrange:
  • A non-rural alternative delivery address, or
  • A cancellation and refund before shipping.

Pre-Order Information (Important)
Cherries are a seasonal product.
  • Pre-orders open in October.
  • Deliveries are made between mid-December and late January, depending on crop timing.
  • Your estimated delivery week will be shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays or Issues
If there are any delays or courier disruptions beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery timeframe.
